Preview: Re:imagine presents Daft Punk and Notorious B.I.G. at XOYO

Orchestral reinterpretations of Daft Punk’s greatest hits and Notorious B.I.G.’s Ready To Die will be held at XOYO as part of its Re:imagine series.

The adaptations will be performed by a sixteen-piece orchestra and accompanied by a light show and visuals.

The Re:imagine series has previously covered artists as diverse and iconic as Dr Dre, Kanye West and Nirvana. This year Daft Punk have been given an orchestral remix to mark the 20th anniversary of their debut album, Homework. It is also 20 years since Biggie Smalls’ death.

The first Daft Punk recital will take place this Sunday. There will be three further dates with the final show held on 25 November. Ready To Die will be performed in full on 27 September.

Tickets cost £15 for Daft Punk and £17 for Biggie.
